Taking her style inspiration from the likes of Audrey Hepburn and Grace Kelly, Emily is the epitome of style and class. We’re obsessed with all her photos!
Originally from China, Emily has lived in Australia for 11 years. She works in finance, but has always been interested in fashion—that’s where we came in! She booked a shoot at our Sydney studio for an opportunity to show off the more creative, fashionable side of her personality. Emily loves to travel, picking up unique pieces for her wardrobe wherever she goes. She explained that she loves hunting for “new” accessories and clothes in thrift stores; some of her favourite pieces are second-hand! She describes her style as being simple and chic, 1940s/50s-inspired with a modern twist.
Emily’s first look was a simple black knit dress with a high neck, pointed-toe heels, and dangling gold earrings. Her hair was pulled back into a low bun and her makeup was minimal, showing off her naturally flawless complexion. Emily’s second look consisted of a camel trench coat layered over a black lace bralette. This look was suggestive and sexy, but classy and chic at the same time. She then traded the coat for a white dress shirt, maintaining her sexy-yet-coy energy. Emily’s final look was a sheer, flowing dress over black lace underwear and a bralette, with simple black heels. Differing from her other two looks, this outfit was more folksy and laidback; but, of course, Emily still made it look sophisticated.
All of Emily’s shots were graceful and gorgeous, just like Emily herself. We fell in love with every single photo!
