Madison (Madii) Page has grown up with a family in the entertainment industry and she’s always had a passion for modelling. Although she has faced obstacles, largely due to her height, she won’t let anything stop her from turning her dreams into a reality. ‘I lose a lot of jobs because of my height, but I love it so I keep striving.’
After building her portfolio, she applied for WINK and she was signed. ‘WINK saw some of my photos and invited me onto their books.’
Madii advises aspiring fashion models to do the research before applying for agencies. ‘I did a lot of research on the industry before deciding this was something I wanted to do.’ ‘Use instagram as an online platform,as it is common to get approached via instagram. Instagram is becoming increasingly more popular for many campaigns. Always work with photographers to keep your portfolio up to date and to have fun!’
She credits The Photo Studio for helping her to build her confidence and her portfolio. ‘The Photo Studio gave me some solid and creative photos for my portfolio!’
Madii wants to encourage all aspiring models to ‘keep at it,’ even if you’re turned down.
