FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ’S)
Q: Who may enter Model Search 2020?
A: Model Search 2019 is open to anyone who lives in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
Q: How many times can I enter?
A: One (1) entry per person.
Q: Are there any height/size requirements?
A: We know that models come in different shapes and sizes – so this competition doesn’t have any restrictions when it comes to height and sizes.
Q: What about age? Is there a minimum or maximum age to enter?
A: No age restrictions either! However, if you’re under 18, we do suggest you talk to your parents before entering the competition.
Q: Do I need to send you photos?
A: We will be looking through your Instagram account, so there is no need to send photos. Just make sure you set your Insta account to public. If, for any reason you can’t set your profile public – please apply through the form above and send us an email to [email protected] with 2 or 3 photos of yourself with no makeup, no filters.
Q: Am I able to change my entry?
A: Once your entry has been submitted, it can’t be changed or edited but don’t worry! We’ll be able to see why you’re passionate about loving your curves.
Q: How will you select the winner of Model Search 2020?
A: The winner will be selected by a panel of judges. We will be looking for someone who is passionate about creating change and inspiring inclusivity in the industry. To be eligible as the winner, you will have to fill the application form in full, have your Instagram account set on public and have photos of yourself. On January 17th, we will announce the winner.
Q: How many winners are you going to pick?
A: One (1) winner.
Q: What is The Photo Studio Australia?
A: The Photo Studio is a fashion photography studio specializing in model portfolios for people of all ages, looks and backgrounds. The studio was founded in 2007 by renowned advertising photographer North Sullivan and is located in three chic warehouses studios in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Competition commences on 02/01/20. Entries close 10am AEDST on 15/01/2019. Entries submitted and received after this time will not be accepted. Entry into Model Search 2020 is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Elibility: the promoter and partners will have sole discretion as to whether or not a person has satisfied the criteria to be able to win this competition. Employees of The Photo Studio Australia and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition. The winner is not chosen by chance – it is a competition of skill.
