Shayla’s gorgeous eyes and seductive stare combined with her amazing style made for some amazing photos. We absolutely loved her shoot!
20-year-old Shayla is a natural model. Being a Media and Communications student, Shayla often finds herself behind the camera. She saw this shoot as the perfect opportunity to switch it up and get on the other side of the camera—and we couldn’t have been happier that she did! Shayla has a distinctly boho style, adorning all her looks with tons of jewellery. She finds style inspiration in the movies she watches and from people-watching throughout her day. Shayla stunned in her gorgeous 70s-style wardrobe!
Shayla’s first look was an orange-yellow silk jumpsuit, which was originally her mum’s. She paired the jumpsuit with simple brown strappy sandals, a natural makeup look, and her hair in loose curls—she looked straight out of Coachella! Shayla’s second look was a bit more dramatic: white high-waisted shorts, a black bralette underneath a lacy black crop top, thigh-high black boots, and a giant statement necklace. She paired the look with different accessories like hats and fur vests, and looked amazing in every single combination. For this look, Shayla went with a sexy slicked-back, wet hair look and a dramatic smokey eye.
Shayla told us that her ultimate dream is to make and star in her own movie. Judging by how amazing she is in front of the camera, we think she’ll make a fantastic movie star!
